Arthur G. "Pete" Lemon

Arthur Lemon passed away Wednesday, November 4, 2020 at the age of 72. He was born in Ware, MA on October 25 1948 to the late Edwin and Margurite (Cady) Lemon. He attended Springfield Technical High School, worked for Lemons Bus Company, Sibley's Hardware Store, owned and operated Breslar's Shoe Store and Lemon and Son Junkyard. He also served in the Army National Guard Reserves. On April 4, 1969 he married the love of his life, Pauline Lemon. He survived by his lovely wife of 51 years, his two daughters, Pamela Kumpulanian and husband Kevin, and Amy Lemon-Wawrzonek and husband Matthew, his sisters: Jeanie, Carol, Audrie, Chippy, Marsha and Sally, his brothers-in-laws: William, Charles, and Phillip, also his sister-in-law, Beatrice, his grandchildren: Ashley and her husband Brian, Nicholas and his fiancé Kiara, Sarah and her other half Lucas, Christine, Sheldon, Zoe and Harley, his great-grandchildren: Aidan, Grace, Isaac, Kinslie, and another arriving in Spring 2021. He was predeceased by his sisters Judy, Gail, Laurie and his grandson Tony. He was loved by many and touched so many people's hearts. Everyone he came in contact with, he left a mark on. He will be missed dearly every day. A Walk-Through Only Viewing will be held on Monday, November 9, 2020 from 4 - 6 PM in the Cebula Funeral Home Chapel, 66 South Street, Ware.  Face Masks must be worn at all times, both inside and outside of the funeral home. In accordance with the current COVID-19 state guidelines, limitations as to capacity inside of the funeral home, social distancing and no contact must be followed.  A Graveside Service with Military Honors will be held on Saturday, November 14, 2020 at 10 AM in Mount Carmel Cemetery in Ware.  Face Masks must be worn and social distancing guidelines will be followed.
