Cynthia LaBombard (Sambor) passed away peacefully in her home on Wednesday, July 1, 2020. Her unfathomable love for her family can almost be matched by her love of everything in the Town of Ware. It goes without stating that though her legacy will live on in our hearts, her impact on the community will also live on through her many philanthropic endeavors. She volunteered much of her time to the town of Ware Historical Society, Ware Center Meetinghouse and Museum, Friends of Quabbin, Ware Community Theater, American Legion Women’s Auxiliary and a number of other organizations and events; She will be missed by all who knew her, Ware Remembers.
She is predeceased by her father Alexander Sambor and mother Marion Sambor (Lemon). She leaves behind her 3 children, Tony LaBombard of Three Rivers, Wayne Labombard and his wife Lory of Hubbardston and Bethany Staiger(LaBombard) and her husband Micheal of Taylor, ND as well as her 4 grandchildren Koryn Callcut, Ivey Gilliland, Gabe LaBombard and Andrew Gilliland as well as 1 great grandchild, Forest Callcut.
Due to COVID 19 restrictions services will be held later this summer, on Saturday, August 22, 2020 at 10 AM in All Saints Church, 17 North Street, Ware. Cindi will be laid to rest following the funeral mass in Aspen Grove Cemetery in Ware, next to her mother and father. All those attending the services are asked to adhere to state guidelines requiring no contact, social distancing and wearing face masks. Cebula Funeral Home, South Street, Ware, has been entrusted with Cynthia's final arrangements.
