Edward Charles Tetreault, age 87 passed away in the early morning hours of March 12, 2024 at Linda Manor Extended Care Facility in the Leeds section of Northampton. Ed was born on December 20, 1936, son of the late Joseph Tetreault, II and Olga (Ladouceur) Tetreault. He was raised and educated in West Warren and Springfield Trade School. He lived in West Warren for many years prior to moving to Warren in 1976, and more recently West Brookfield. On April 30, 1957 Ed enlisted in the United States Army. He was Honorably Discharged on April 29, 1959 with the rank of Private First Class. Ed was a master cabinetmaker and was self-employed. His business was known as Eddie's Woodworking established in 1969. Ed was a member of St. Thomas Aquinas and St. Paul the Apostle Church in Warren for many years. Ed leaves behind his beloved wife, Jeanette L. (Brodeur) Tetreault, with whom he was married on October 10, 1976. His loving children; Edward Charles Tetreault, II, his wife Pattie, David Paul Tetreault, his wife Sarah, and his daughter, Alisa Stedt. Ed leaves behind his grandchildren: Helen Stedt, Liam Tetreault, Maeve Tetreault, Declan Tetreault and Aspen Tetreault. He also leaves behind his brother, Joseph E. Tetreault and his wife Clara, and his sister, Olga Von Flatern. Sadly, Ed was predeceased by his brothers, William Tetreault and James Tetreault. A Celebration of Ed's Life will take place on Sunday, March 24, 2024 from 1 PM - 3 PM in Hitchcock Tavern, 7 East Main Street, West Brookfield, MA 01585.
