Frank Edward Lukas, age 74, passed away on Sunday, July 6, 2025, at Western Massachusetts Hospital in Westfield after a period of declining health. Frank was born in Ware on July 19, 1950, raised and educated in Warren; he was the son of the late Edward F. Lukas and Anna (Gondek) Lukas. He was proud of his service in the United States Navy. Frank was proud of his country and the flag that it represented. He was a Life-Time Member and Past Commander of the Disabled American Veterans Quaboag Chapter 59, and the Vietnam Veterans Post 405. Frank devoted countless hours as a volunteer for BINGO and picnics at Leeds in Northampton and the Holyoke Soldiers Home. Frank was employed for many years as a machinist for Warren Pumps, prior to his retirement. He was a loving father, grandfather, great-grandfather and friend. Frank is survived by his loving children and grandchildren; his son Edward Lukas, his daughter, Cherylynne Lukas, his grandchildren: Jacob Smart, Kasey Cote, Kassidy Lukas, Emma Lukas, Abigail Lukas, Megan Lukas, Kylee Lukas, Edward Lukas, Jr., and Savanah Lukas, and four great-grandchildren. Frank also leaves behind his former wife and best friend, Karen Lukas. A Visitation Period will be held on Monday, July 14, 2025, from 10 am - 11 am in Cebula Funeral Home, 66 South St., Ware.
