Joan Rose (Wojcieszek) Drazek

Joan Rose (Wojcieszek) Drazek passed away peacefully on October 17, 2021. Joan was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend who always shared a warm smile, laughter, and wonderful food with everyone she encountered. She was born in Ware, MA to John and Mary Wojcieszek and grew up on Pulaski Street. She married the love of her life, Bernard Drazek, and they enjoyed 61 years together until his passing in 2015. She loved living and working with him on their farm in Warren, where she spent many years helping tend the dairy cows and the Christmas trees, and creating beautiful wedding cakes. She is survived by her daughters Patricia Michalski and her husband Michael of Warren, MA and Susan  Baracco and her husband Adrien of Kennebunkport, ME. She is also survived by her grandchildren Jeffrey Michalski of Hardwick, MA, Andrew Michalski of New Braintree, MA, Adam  Baracco of Randalph, MA and Carly Baracco of Andover, MA, and great granddaughters Cora and Vivian Michalski of Hardwick, MA. Calling Hours will be held on Sunday, October 24, 2021 from 2 - 4 PM in Cebula Funeral Home Chapel, 66 South Street, Ware.  A Funeral Mass will be offered on Monday, October 25, 2021 at 11 AM in Sacred Heart Church of Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Parish, 22 West Main St., West Brookfield, MA.  Burial will follow in St. Paul's Cemetery in Warren.
