John F. Kusek

 John F. Kusek passed away suddenly at home on Sunday, January 26, 2025 after a long illness. John was born and raised in Ware, MA, and was a graduate of Ware High School. He was the son of the late Frank Kusek and Adele Misiaszek Kusek. John was an avid outdoors enthusiast who enjoyed fishing, driving through the Quabbin Reservoir, and taking photography of wildlife. He also loved motor sports, auto racing, and music. John worked as a machinist for most of his career. John leaves his brother and sister-in-law, Michael Kusek and Karla Mallard Kusek, his loving nephew and caretaker Jeffrey Staiti, his niece Heather Lynn Strycharz and her husband Scott, and his brother in-law James Strycharz. John is predeceased by his sister, Karen Kusek Strycharz. In addition, John leaves his great-nieces and great-nephews, cousins, life-long friend Diane Wheeler, and many friends. There will be a private ceremony with burial at the Holy Cross Polish National Catholic Cemetery in Ware to be announced.
