Joseph J. Opata, Jr.

On January 29, 2020, Joseph J Opata Jr passed away peacefully.  A lifetime resident of Ware, he is survived by his daughter, Kim Andre, her husband, Kevin and his grandchildren, Kayla and Zackary.  He is also survived by his sister, Patricia Skowyra, his nieces, Lisa and Allison, his nephew, Christopher and his great nephews, Bennett and Owen.

A special thank you from the family is extended to the staff of the Baystate Mary Lane Oncology Center as well as to the staff of Vero Health & Rehab of Wilbraham for all the attention and care they provided to Joe.

A private service will be held by the family.  Friends and loved ones of Joe who wish to remember him may make donations to Baystate Mary Lane Oncology, 85 South Street, Ware MA  01082. Cebula Funeral Home of Ware has been entrusted with the final arrangements.
