Joyce A. (Martowski) Bousquet

Joyce A. (Martowski) Bousquet, 78, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Thursday, April 14, 2022, in Huntington Hospital on Long Island. Born in Ware, MA March 30, 1944, she was the daughter of the late Rose and Victor Martowski. She lived her whole life in Ware and was a graduate of Ware High School. Over the years she worked in retail managing craft departments including Ben Franklin’s and later retiring from being Department Manager at Walmart. Following retirement, Joyce enjoyed spending time with her family and caring for her two grandchildren. She enjoyed crafting, painting, puzzles, nature walks, playing with her cat, and was a devoted Red Sox and Patriots fan. Above all she enjoyed watching and participating in her grandchildren’s activities. Joyce was predeceased by her husband of 45 yrs., Paul Bousquet Sr. She will be deeply missed by her two beloved children, Paul Bousquet Jr. and wife JoAnn (Crevier) of Ware, Deborah and her husband Troy Smith of South Huntington, NY., her sister Margaret and husband Morris Glick of Maryland, her sister Sylvia and husband Patrick Mazur of Ware, her grandchildren, Nicholas Bousquet and Jackie-Rose Bousquet-Smith, with whom she had a special bond, and her cat Misty who was constantly by her side. A Funeral Mass will be offered on Saturday, May 21, 2022 at 10 AM in St. Mary's Church, 57 South Street, Ware.  Fr.
