Judith Ann (Bonelli) McMahon, age 86 formerly of the Bondsville section of Palmer, passed away quietly on Saturday, July 12, 2025, after a brief illness. Judy was born in Cambridge, Massachusetts on June 7, 1939, and was raised and educated in Springfield, Massachusetts. She leaves behind her daughter, Wendy Dill, her sisters, Sally Hawley and Susan Magee, and her cousin, Walter Brown. Judy was predeceased by her wife, Linda J. Lamay and her daughter, Julie Ann McMahon. Judy graduated from Commerce High School and completed the LPN program at STCC and worked at Springfield Municipal Hospital. After raising her family, she retired from her career in nursing and later was employed for many years at the Ware Walmart. Judy loved people and thoroughly enjoyed gatherings with friends and family on trips to Cape Cod and Disneyland. She loved playing BINGO, doing puzzles and enjoying pizza. There will be no formal funeral events. Judy's final wish was to have her ashes privately scattered in the Scattering Garden of Springfield Cemetery.
