Linda Jane Lamay

Linda Jane Lamay, age 80, passed away peacefully on Sunday February 9, 2025 at East Longmeadow Nursing Center after a period of declining health.  Linda was born in Ware, Massachusetts on December 12, 1944 beloved daughter of the late Francis H. Lamay and Helen (Piszczek) Lamay.  She was raised and educated in Ware and was a 1962 graduate of Ware High School.  She was employed for many years at AMPAD in Holyoke. After retirement Linda worked at the Palmer Senior Center for a number of years, until her recent illness. Linda leaves behind her wife, Judith McMahon, sisters-in-law Susan Magee and Sally Hawley, and a godson, James Quink, several cousins and friends.  A Private Graveside Service will be held at the convenience of her wife in New St. William Cemetery, Ware.
