Milton “Jack” Jordan, 68, passed away peacefully on August 19, 2021 surrounded by his loving family. Jack was born March 24, 1953 to Milton “Bill” and Gloria Jordan in Ware, Massachusetts.
Jack spent most of his days working for the family owned business, The Ware Foundry, along with his brother Danny and dear friend Larry.
Every Saturday, Jack would take a stroll with his good buddy Fly. Jack could often be spotted at car shows with Larry and Paul, dropping off birthday cards, or stopping by the shop to say hello to Uncle Frank. Jack’s family has many fond memories of vacationing and eating pizza Friday nights with the McQuaid family.
Jack has two children, Derrick Jordan of Ware and Alison Jordan Gagner of Wilbraham. He was commonly referred to by his grandchildren as “Papa”. He cherished the life he had and wanted nothing more than to make everyone else’s day better. His daughter remembers him for being her rock, the daily phone calls, taxi service to and from games and of course, his monthly haircut. His son remembers him for their time spent together racing when he was little.
He is survived by his wife Susan Jordan, their two children Derrick Jordan and Alison Jordan-Gagner, her husband Jim Gagner and their two children, Jack and Khaliyah Gagner. He is also survived by his brother, Danny Jordan, his wife Denise Jordan and their children, Kyle Jordan, Michael and Christopher Towlson.
Services will be held next Saturday, August 28, 2021 from 5-7pm at Cebula Funeral home, 66 South Street in Ware, Massachusetts. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Thomas J. O’Connor Animal Shelter, 627 Cottage Street in Springfield, Massachusetts, 01104.
