Mitchell A. Godek, Jr.

Mitchell Alexander Godek, Jr., age 66, passed away on Sunday, September 12, 2021 at the Albany Medical Center in Albany, New York, Mitchell was born on November 11, 1954 in Palmer, Massachusetts, son of the late Mitchell A. Godek, Sr., and Barbara A. (Randall) Godek.  After he graduated from high school, Mitchell enlisted in the United States Army, and served honorably in Germany.  He was Honorably Discharged on November 1, 1978.  Mitchell has resided in Ravena, New York for twenty years. Mitchell leaves behind his brother, David Godek and his wife Michele, his niece, Kristen Godek, and nephew, Jacob Godek.  He also leaves behind his aunts and uncles, Wanda and Tom Lata, Helen and Chet Jackanowski, Patty Godek, Anna Tatro, Gordan Tatro, Lorraine Gatts, Helen Pare and many cousins.  A Graveside Service for Mitchell with Prayers of Committal will be held on Saturday, October 16, 2021 at 10 AM in Sts.
