Nancy Joyce (Mack) Brown

Nancy Joyce Brown, age 82, passed away peacefully on Monday March 9, 2026, surrounded by her loved ones. Nancy was born on July 12, 1943, in Ware, MA. to Joseph and Ann (Wojtowicz) Mack. She attended St. Mary’s High School in Worcester MA. She then had a job at Wm. E. Wrights, she worked as a hairdresser, she worked for her husband in telecommunications, after which she then worked as an Executive Director at Warren Housing, Granby Housing, and Ware Housing. When she retired from housing, she had worked there for over 35 years and continued on the board of Ware Housing. Nancy is survived by her daughter: Sheila Niemiec and Husband Gene of Kissimmee FL.; her brother David Mack of West Warren MA.; and her grandchildren: Zakari and Camdyn Niemiec.  She was predeceased by her husband Ralph Brown. father Joseph Mack, her mother Ann (Wojtowicz) Mack, her sister Judy Mack, and many aunts and uncles. A wake will be held on Monday, April 13th from 4-6 PM at Cebula Funeral Home, Ware.  Her funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, April 14th at 11 AM in All Saints Church, Ware. Everyone will meet directly in church on Tuesday.   Family and friends are welcome to attend to honor and celebrate Nancy’s life and legacy. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made in Nancy’s name to Second Chance Animal Shelter, 111 Young RD, East Brookfield, MA. 01515 as Nancy loved her cats.          “Forever In Our Hearts”
