Patrick J. Krol, Sr.

Patrick J. Krol Sr., 51, Ware, died unexpectedly on Saturday February 1, 2020 in Gilbertville, MA.
 
Pat was born on March 31, 1968 in Ware, MA and was a lifelong resident of Ware. After graduating from Ware High School in 1986 he joined his father working in bridge construction, working his way up to bridge foreman. After years of hard work he achieved his dream of owning his own business and became the sole proprietor of PJK Enterprises, a respected business specializing in excavating, screened loam and septic systems, among other things. He loved his family, a hard day’s work, The Red Sox and Patriots and the extended version of Lynyrd Skynyrd’s Free Bird.
 
He is survived by his father, Rudolph “Rudy” J. Krol, Jr., Ware, MA; his sisters Brenda Park and Carol Girard, both of Ware and his brother Stephen Krol of Poulsbo, WA; his children Mark Martinez of Boston, Patricia Krol of Westfield and Patrick Krol Jr. of Ware; five nieces, two grandnieces and two grandnephews.
 
He is preceded in death by his mother, Gloria Krol and nephew Joseph Girard.
 
A Calling Hour for Family and Friends will be held on Saturday, February 8, 2020 from 2 - 3 PM in the Cebula Funeral Home, 66 South Street, Ware. A Private Prayer Service will be held prior to the Calling Hour.
