Rodney S. Hare

Palmer -  Rodney S. Hare, age 50 passed away on Monday, May 18, 2026.  Rodney was born in Ware on August 2, 1975, son of Ernest H. Hare and the late Deborah (Juaire) Hare.  Raised and educated in Ware, he resided in Palmer since November of 2025.  Rodney was employed as a landscaper for the Town of Palmer for many years.  He was a member of the Ware River Dart League, he loved to play golf, fishing and recently thoroughly enjoyed watching birds.  Rodney was a loving son, brother, brother-in-law, uncle, nephew and friend.  He is survived by his father, Ernest Hare, his brother, Roger Ely, sister-in-law, Rachelle Salois, and aunt, Lorraine Fulton.  Sadly, Rodney was predeceased by his mother, Deborah Hare in 2025, and his brother, Jesse Shover in 2020.  A Graveside Service with Prayers of Committal will take place on Wednesday, May 27, 2026 at 10 AM in Mount Carmel Cemetery in Ware.  Cebula Funeral Home of Ware is assisting Rodney's family with the final arrangements.  For more information and an online guest book, please visit:  www.cebulafuneralhome.com  .
